Book a valuation with our team. An agent from our staff will meet with you and discuss your goals and plan to review comparable apartments and explain the pricing strategy for your home. When you're ready, we sign and the work begins.

Once your home is prepared for showing, your listing will be syndicated for immediate exposure to multiple outlets including Streeteasy, The Wall Street Journal, International publications, Zillow and The New York Times, and marketed to maximize exposure of your property.

Showings

Then we get organized. We do our homework and gather all relevant details about the unit, building, and neighborhood to ensure all interested buyers have everything they need upon viewing and considering your property. 

 

We will schedule Open Houses every Sunday as well as one evening after work hours during each week. Our team will arrive ahead of each showing appointment to ensure that the lights are on and the pillows are fluffed. Our strategy remains consistent about which features in the homes should be highlighted.

Setting The Stage

Attorneys negotiate the contract and the contract is signed.

The Board Package

 

Board packages can be daunting, but not for us.

 

We have a system, simply email all of your documents and relevant paperwork, and we will organize and synthesize the information for you.

 

We send you sample letters for friends, family, and employers to sign. Our letters are selected based on you and the building you are applying to. The Deal

 

Here's the deal. Congratulations, you are ready to close!

 

The closing date is set with the attorneys. We arrange the final walkthrough, then we proceed to the closing table at which time the final documents are signed and the keys are handed over to the buyer. ​​

 

You pay your 3% commission to LET'S.
